Deleting admins from administrators group should remove all admin privileges

When you remove an administrator from the administrator's group, it appears all administrator permissions are retained. This strikes me as strange and inconsistent. I think their administrator permissions should be removed as well. Right now the ACP link will still appear and all their permissions will be retained when an administrator is removed from this group. The only thing that changes is that the color assigned to the administrators group is not attached to their username on the board.
