Use icon bundle to load Iconify locally instead of loading from Iconify API

    Description

      Icon bundle contains data for multiple icons wrapped in JS callback. It provides alternative to loading icon data from Iconify API.

      That is to improve icons loading speed and to make icons loading independent from possible connection issues with Iconify API servers.

      Serving icons locally is similar to how it is used to be with FontAwesome on phpBB 3.3.x.
