      As discussed here https://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/PHPBB3-16884?focusedCommentId=64627&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-64627

      this PR implements the code provided by @JoshyPHP in order to provide an ACP error message when the BBcode HTML replacement text is non-parseable or invalid somehow.
