Extensions can't use composer version 2 for creating autoloader files

    Description

      Extensions are currently not able to use autoloaders created with composer v2 as these will result in incorrectly resolved dependencies, see also https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=461&t=2579786
