When setting "Allow password reset" to NO, the link in the quick login form is not hidden

    Description

      In phpBB Security settings admin panel there is the "Allow password reset ("Forgot Password")" option.

      When setting to NO this option, is not hidden the link "Forgotten password" in the quick login forum of the index page.
