Display check mark for notification permanently on mobile devices

I noticed that on mobile devices it can be hard to mark notification as read in the notification dropdown box. So I would suggest to make the check mark visible for mobile devices permanent by adding 

.dropdown-extended li a.mark_read {

 display: block;

}

to the responsive.css file.
