Better placement of checkbox in inactive-overview

when going through the inactive users looking for spamaccounts it is very time consuming to have to look to the right for the checkbox, on a wide monitor.
Would it be possible to change the order and have the checkbox on the left side, next to the username and mailaddress, which is normally checked for spammers?
Also the tools like Mark all and the dropdown for actions would be better on the left side.

I have now changed adm/style/acp_inactive.html

But I cannot get the left alignment of the actions though!
