Enable disabling of bumping topics to top of forums due to new posts

In the ACP, it would be nice to have the ability to allow and disallow certain forums from having topics bumped to the top of a forum because someone posted a new reply to a topic / an older topic / a really old topic.

By not allowing old topics from being notably brought back to life (bumped) by potential trolls and spammers, this would cut down on unnecessary attention by forum communities of old and obsolete topics that are past expiry, and keep new and relevant topics at the top of forums where they belong.
