Note sure if this is by intent or not, but prior to the use of "Notifications", the "Notify me" option on a reported posts resulted in an email.

Now apparently the default is a Notification, but there is also no option in the UCP to chose what type of notice a user will receive.

Any reason email cannot be an option?
