Mark read button only works once

When marking forums/topics/posts read with AJAX, the href attribute of the clicked link is updated with JavaScript. The new URL shouldn't contain any &amp but instead plain &. Otherwise URL parameters can't be parsed correctly anymore, for example the hash parameter which breaks marking things read for a second time.
