Enahnce Wrote variable

Hi there, 

this is something that bothers me since 3.0, so yeah, very old!

At functions_content we've this line: 

`$message_parser->message = $quote_attributes['author'] . " " . $language->lang('WROTE') . ":\n" . $message . "\n";`

In my language I don't want to have "Author Wrote:" but instead "Wrote by Author"

So I beleive this could be enhance to give the power to the translation file and not be hardcoded like that.
