Description

I think the phpBB2 converter should be removed in favour of the new converter that have to be done. phpBB2 support was over like 10 years ago, so I think there shouldn't be any problem.

Users with phpBB2, will be still able to upgrade from phpBB2 to phpBB3.x and from there to the last version.
