phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions.php on line 4396: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

    Description

      Hi my site is having an issue with the includes/functions.php file. When not logged into the site, I receive an error on the home screen, “phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions.php on line 4396: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()”

      When I navigate to that folder in my cpanel that line reads: “foreach($groups as $grouprec)” and I’m not sure how to fix this error. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
