Refactor search as a single mechanism

currently, search is handled differently for each way of searching. This leads to multiple seachfeilds on each page which is a UI nightmare. This needs to be completely overhauled for the new theme. We need a single search that is filterable or customizable to handle all of our searching across the entire forum
