php 7.2 count() bug in memory cache driver

    Description

      When updating from 3.2.2 to 3.2.3 with forum using apcu cache in php 7.2, I get this error massage:

      `count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable" in file phpbb/cache/driver/memory.php on line 191`
