Allow dynamic services files loading for extensions

Suggesting to allow loading all services_*.yml files located in extensions' config directory.

This could make extending extensions (f.e. just like AutoGroups allows) as easy as dropping some files (.php and .yml to define additional services) into extension directory without having to edit the 'main' services.yml file.
