Cookie path is not set during install

When a forum is installed, cookie_path is set to /.

I was having problems with this, because i wasn't able to login, don't know why, until i saw that cookie_path was / instead of /forum_path/.

I don't know very well what was causing this problem, but it was solved when i updated cookie_path fo /forum_path/ from acp. Don't know if others have the same problem, but if this affects more people, i think cookie_path should be set to script_path during install.
