Change parameter depth for a boolean subfolders

I think i will make that parameter a boolean, so is much more clear for users when they check it.

16^4 subfolders is more than enough i think for every forum.

Since the alpha version haven't been released since i started with the storage, i would like if is possible to rewrite migrations and merge all migrations related with storage into one.
