Discrepancy and bugs between moderation queue and reports

In the Moderator Control Panel, there are weird differences between the moderation queue and the reports list.

First: whereas the long forum names are truncated in the select of the moderation queue, they aren't in the same select of the reports list.

Second: in the moderation queue, changing the forum without deselecting the option " Only topic “...” " has no effect at all.

Third: in the reports list, deselecting the option " Only topic “...” " has no effect, you have to change forum to deselect that option.
