Description

I see the following PHP notification after warning user with enabled email notification for Private Messages:

[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions_messenger.php on line 506: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable

So that, I suggest to init \messenger::$extra_headers variable as an empty array.
