The attachment is no longer available after add a new attachment

Start with New Topic and select Attachments, add files.

add some pictures, then click on Place inline.

Review the post and now go to Attachments and add new attachment.

Review post again.

Now I got message:

The attachment is no longer available

Only the newest picture is there.
