error during full install

During upgrade from 3.2.0  to 3.2.2 my service provider went down for a short time.

After that I tried to restart the phpbb updater and ran into an error. 

I deleted al the phpbb3 files and uploaded them again. During database update an error occured (re: attachment).

I renamed the install map and it appears the forum is still working, but in the admin panel -> system a message appears telling the update is incomplete.

How to correct this error?
