White screen of death in acp_permissions module

The add_permission_language() function inside acp_permissions module fails and this causes White Screen of Death. No explanation, no logged errors, nothing.

The module works fine if the line is commented out.
UPD: the problem was in an extension permissions language file with invalid syntax; the syntax error wasn't shown with DEBUG and DEBUG_EXTRA
