Cron Reparser Quote Bug

I've update my 3.0.14 board to 3.2.1. Then I run by CLI command the reparser and all was fine! But after some days, and as days goes by, more and more topics are being modified, and I beleive its the reparser cron that keeps running in a low speed through all the forum. (its a big forum)

And the quote bbcode is not being parsed as bbcode but as text. If I manually edit the topic, all goes fine.
