Add Report button to profiles and search results too

memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=... and
search.php?author_id=...&sr=posts and perhaps other places (that I am
not aware of) too should also have links to the "!" Report.php button
added.

Rationale: Users are forced to find and open the posts of users they
wish to report, even if they could make a report right when viewing the
profile or search list.

E.g., I am viewing the profile of a user with a purely spammy user name.
I should be able to send the report now, and not need to open one of his
posts to report him.

Or, I am viewing search results with purely spammy article titles. I
should be able to report him right there in the search results.

Forcing one to open one of his posts to be able to report him goes
against our training not to open suspicious email attachments etc.

Also opening one of such posts might display awkward NSFW pictures unnecessarily.
