Permission not Work

Hi,

I have noticed a possible error in php permissions.

Pathway: ACP > Permissions > Group Permission in forums > Registered Users > select All Forums >  Message > Can delete your own messages > YES.

I have this function active for the forum in verion phpBB 3.2, after update to 3.2.1 this function stop to work and all registred users can not more delele your own message now. It was work very nice before update, why after update this function stop to work? This moment it is turn YES and registred users can not delete messages.

I will be very grateful to you help me fix this problem guys!
