Add core.text_formatter_s9e_configure_finalize event

Add a core.text_formatter_s9e_configure_finalize event that allows extensions to access the return value of the finalize() method.

Can be used to retrieve the JavaScript parser (makes it possible/easier to create a "live preview" extension) or to access the parser/renderer before they are cached.
