ACP Cookie settings should contain explanatory text for all fields

The ACP->Cookie settings page has details that define the data used to send cookies to users browsers and incorrect settings can prevent users from successfully logging in.

To assist in ensuring that proper settings are entered, explanatory text for each of fields would help and could reduce the number of discussions on the phpBB.com Support forums regarding fixing incorrect cookies. The problem is prevalent enough that a Knowledge Base article exists on the subject, Fixing incorrect cookie settings

There is currently no explanation text for the following fields:

• Cookie domain
• Cookie name
• Cookie path
