      The link of "the installation guide " points to -
      [hostname]/phpbb/phpBB/install/docs/INSTALL.html in during the installation of phpbb at [hostname]/phpbb/phpBB/install/app.php whereas it should point to -
      [hostname]/phpbb/phpBB/docs/INSTALL.html
