smilies with ">" in their name are not shown

After updating to 3.2.0 some of my previously installed and functional smilies would not work. I found through error and error that if I removed the character ">" from the code for the smilies affected, they would work again. Alas, it would be an overwhelming job to go back and edit the entire message base to correct this bug in older messages.
