Searching no longer working in 3.2.0

    Description

      When searching in my forum after updating to phpbb 3.2 I see the following error:

      Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/danielfp/public_html/forum/vendor/symfony/polyfill-mbstring/Mbstring.php on line 420

      This error is present on all styles and did not happen in 3.1.x
