Dropdown menu odd behaviour in some versions of Safari

    Description

      The dropdown menu items, e.g Notifications, User Control Panel, Subscribe topic (in 3.2) do not behave correctly in my version of Safari (10.0.3 on OSX 10.11.6). I can open multiple dropdowns simultaneously (tools and navigation). Navigation is always open when opening a thread and when closing navigation, tools open. I might as well open both dropdowns.
