Topic Tools

When you select "Subscribe to topic" from the topic tools dropdown list you get the message that you are "Unsubscribed and when you select "Unsubscribe to topic" from the topic tools dropdown list you get the message that you are "Subscribed.

I don't know if this is just the messages that have got swapped around or if it is the actual process that is wrong - but I don't seem to get notifications for topics that I am subscribed to.
