CLI extension:enable to check for existence on filesystem / opt to enable all / multiple

CLI allows to enable non-existing exensions, which are persisted in the list because disable does not remove them.
Extension manager has functionality to list all extensions and check if the name exists in the array of the filesystem listing before allowing to enable the extension.

I think it's also nice to have an option through CLI to enable all or a list of extensions this functionality.
