Description

Identifier: core.console_command_reparser_reparse
Location: console/command/reparser/reparse::reparse
Explanation: An event so extensions can know which text reparser CLI command is running by its name. phpBB Media Ext will need this to prevent the reparser run via CLI from unintentionally turning links in user signatures into embedded media.
