VigLink not redirecting on an update and being enabled

When I updated my development board from RC1 to RC2 the VigLink extension was installed and enabled - there was no option, at that point, to enable it or not. Yes the option was in the ACP.

This update was a file replacement with a database update - I did, however, get a message to say that it had been installed. Once the update had run I clicked the option to return to the ACP.

I cannot recall that after an update that I have ever been redirected to the "Help phpBB" page
