    Description

      The Notifications and Private Message alerts in the navbar are looking pretty boring.

      We can update them, to follow what most every other app/site does, and grab the user's attention with nicer looking alert bubbles.

      1. Display nothing (including no more 0) when there are no notifications or alerts:
