Allow user to cancel pending posts

User posts to a moderated group.

The post is queued for moderator approval.

While waiting for the post to be acted on:

1. The user cannot delete the post.

2. The user cannot even add a comment to the post saying that he regrets it.

Please allow the user to delete items in queues!
