BBCodes not parsed when over 1000

BBCode Engine parse only 1000 bbcodes, the rest is not parsed.

And a little question. Is that normal, that I can change bbcodes, smilies etc. live over the ACP?
Without any reparse? The parser don't cache correctly, which takes too much time. (5000 (same) BBCodes = ~0.3sec.)
