Images can not view in the post.

What has happened so that the image is not visible in the post, this is the case in all posts. Clicking on the attachment picture is shown in a new tab (viewable)
What is required to fix it, or the new update again? Now is the v_3.1.5
ps: I delete browser's cache, and cache in the ACP.
