Better Management of Notifications

I've the mark read option, but I don't have the mark unread option as on PMs.
With mark unread option I would be able to select read notifications, right now I can't select read notifications unless I click on Mark All.

And I should be able too of delete notifications.

This would bring a better notification system. Users could manage their notifications as they want.
