    Description

      The fix for https://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/PHPBB3-13950 has excluded disabled extensions' permissions from assigning to the ACP template. This doesn't prevent them from being accounted while calculating resulting permissions/roles/permission tabs' color. See the screenshots as an examp[les.
