In ACP/System it reports PHP 5.4.45. In cPanel it reports PHP 5.6.19. 10.0.20-MariaDB-cll-lve. x86_64 Linux. Apache Version 2.4.18. Using a Mozilla variant browser.
Trying to use a tool called right_install tool that gives me information on my current install I get a blank white page and I see in the error_log the following error:

I have had numerous errors relating to date & time and Twig in error_log for a long time.
More errors from another phpBB install that might be related.
