Database column default incorrectly escaped on MSSQL

    Description

      I've a forum on mssql_odbc database I try to update 3.0.14 to 3.1.8 running the file /install/database_update.php, and got this error:

      [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near 'd'. [37000]

      After the error I could login to the forum and I check my forum was on 3.1.7.

      There is another user that are on 3.1.7PL1, and had the same problem when tried to update to 3.1.8
