Explanation: To allow adding customizations on the mcp_move.html form.
E.g. currently the default destination forum is the first available forum in the dropdown. I would like to set the default destination to a specific forum. The event would allow me to insert custom javascript code to accomplish this. Other uses of the event could be adding custom guidelines through custom HTML code etc.
