User Control Panel wrong redirect URL on submit (HHVM)

    Description

      UCP redirects to wrong URL.

      I have tried changing the directory under which supervisor starts the HHVM instance to "/", no difference.

      I have filed a similar report under 3.1.x, but this is more important.

      Attached is the image showing the wrong URL.
