[edit] I have changed the location and name of this event to better suit my needs.

I want to use this template event to display a set of most-liked posts near the top of the viewforum page.
I am adding this to the Post Love extension so that a per-forum summary of most-liked posts can be displayed.

It could also be used for other purposes where something needs to be displayed above the topic lists.
