Large non breaked string causes segmentation fault

      also tested on Ubuntu and on phpbb comunity forum.

    Description

      Very long strings without spaces in post message (more than 10000 characters) cause segmentation fault. The segmentation fault is caused by the function preg_replace in the process of data cleaning (presumably in utf_tools.php)

      This was also tested on phpbb comunity forums (see screenshoot).
