    Description

      Currently we have several places where we use buttons

      buttons
      paging
      post-buttons
      3x form buttons
      formt-buttons
      jumpbox

      The css and code for these is fractured and scattered everywhere and the specificity for the modifications is quite bad.

      I am going to refactor all of this to provide a cleaner modular way of achieving all of this through the use of modifier classes on one central button module. with all the code in two places buttons/colours
