Notifications dropdown header doesn't clear floats

When text in notifications header is too long to fit on one line, it extends to second line. However text is floating on right side and isn't being cleared in header. Because of that background doesn't extend to second row.

See attached screenshot. Text "Einstellungen • Alle als gelesen markieren" should have blue background below it, but it doesn't.
